Follow PM standards and document work performed for accurate record keeping in our asset management system. Areas of expertise must include PLC's, conveyors, 3 phase electric, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and any other related equipment.Accurately report spare parts inventory levels and daily parts usage to Maintenance leadership to help ensure spare parts inventory is maintained.Assist in teammate development by training junior technicians in order to elevate their performance level while troubleshooting and repairing any related assets.Work closely with outside vendors in order to complete projects within the DCs in a safe and timely manner.Take on other duties as needed to support the DC and its operational needsQualificationsAssociate's Degree - 2 year vocational technical certificate or degree preferably in a mechanical or electrical application3-5 years of experienceWelding, burning, cuttingKnowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gear boxes & PLC controlsFamiliar with DC-specific specialized software packages (ex. Crown PM, Gage) & equipmentAble to read & understand electrical mechanical building type drawings/schematicsGood safety awarenessAbility to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull & lift up to 75 lbs.Experience with LOTOBasic English reading comprehension & numerical reasoning skills.Virtual RequirementsAt DICK'S, we thrive on innovation and authenticity.
