Service Bartender - North Island Credit Union Amphitheater

Role The Service Bartender position provides exceptional guest service while working collaboratively in the Premium Service Department specifically in the Bars, Suites, In‑Seat or Restaurant environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional guest service to our team members. Serve beverage orders in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. Mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages following standard recipes while maintaining liquor controls in accordance with company policy. Set up, maintain and clean up the workstation. Ensure compliance with all product handling and inventory policies and procedures. Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly following TIPS training and the Legends Alcohol Awareness Policy. Perform assigned opening and closing duties. Maintain a clean, neat and safe work area. Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the venue. Qualifications All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to interact with co‑workers to assure compliance with company service standards. Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting. Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English. Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds. Willingness to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays. Mobility sufficient to perform assigned production tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Two to three years of experience in a fast‑paced bar, high‑end club or restaurant. Compensation Pay rate: $16.90 per hour. Safety Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company‑wide safety training and any additional job‑specific safety training.
