Construction Project AssistantIPME Corp is an industrial installation construction company with active projects across the United States. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Construction Project Assistant to support our project management team — both in the office and on site. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys hands-on work, and is eager to contribute to industrial construction projects from ramp-up through closeout.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with project documentation, reports, and punch listsCoordinate with the office and Site Leads on material and equipment orders and pickupsMaintain and organize tools and equipment; ensure cleanliness and readinessSupport job site ramp-up activities and final punch list executionCommunicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teamsAssist with company errands and day-to-day logisticsMaintain company vehicles — detailing, scheduling maintenance, and trackingEnsure compliance with safety protocols and company standardsTravel to job sites as needed to provide hands-on support and oversightRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong organizational and communication skillsTechnically inclined with the ability to understand construction processes and terminologySafety-minded with a commitment to maintaining a hazard-free work environmentWillingness to travel regularly to job sites with overnight stays as neededAbility to lift and carry materials and tools as neededValid driver's licenseBenefitsHealth InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Travel and per diemCompetitive hourly pay ($22 – $30/hr)
