Express Homebuyers is growing our Springfield, Virginia sales team and hiring Inside Sales Associates to connect with homeowners, uncover their needs, build trust, and create opportunities for our Homebuying team.

You don't need years of real estate experience. We can teach you real estate, our systems, and our sales process. What we're looking for is harder to teach: work ethic, character, curiosity, persistence, communication skills, and the desire to become exceptional at what you do.

What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Associate, you'll be one of the first people a homeowner speaks with when they're considering selling their property. You'll connect by phone, text, and email to understand what's happening, determine whether Express Homebuyers may be able to help, and turn qualified opportunities into appointments for our Homebuying team.

·       Respond quickly to new homeowner leads and make outbound follow-up calls

·       Ask thoughtful questions to understand the homeowner's situation, property, motivation, and timeline

·       Build genuine rapport and trust

·       Qualify potential opportunities and schedule appointments for our Homebuying team

·       Consistently follow up with homeowners who aren't ready to make a decision today

·       Manage your pipeline and activity in our CRM

·       Participate in sales training, coaching, role-playing, and team meetings

·       Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance goals

·       Take ownership of your pipeline and results

This isn't about reading a script and pressuring someone into an appointment. It's about asking great questions, listening carefully, understanding the problem, building trust, and helping people determine the right next step.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, property management, home services, hospitality, athletics, or another performance-driven environment is valuable. Real estate experience is a plus, but it's not required for the right person.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe strong performance should be rewarded. You'll have the security of a solid base salary combined with the ability to significantly increase your income based on your results.

·       Base Salary: $4,000 per month ($48,000/year)

·       Total Expected Annual Compensation: $60,000–$100,000+

·       Performance-based commission with uncapped earning potential

This is a full-time, W-2, in-office position.

We intentionally work together in the office. You'll be surrounded by experienced people, receive hands-on coaching, practice your skills, learn from your teammates, and get real-time feedback.
