What You Will Bring to the Role:

• Proven experience in outpatient physical therapy, preferably with a focus on sports and orthopedic cases
• Strong assessment skills and the ability to develop personalized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse patient populations
• Ability to work efficiently, managing a high volume of patient visits while maintaining quality care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Additional Skills That Would Be a Plus:

• Experience with advanced rehabilitation techniques or manual therapy
• Bilingual abilities to serve a diverse community
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are welcome with the right enthusiasm and dedication
• Professional licensure in good standing in the state of Washington

Other Requirements:

• Valid Washington State Physical Therapist license and applicable certifications
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week; overtime must be approved in advance
• Ability to work with a high sports population and general orthopedic patients
• Must adhere to all applicable safety and compliance protocols
• Flexibility to float between clinics is not required; occasional need for travel reimbursements may apply
