As a leader and role model for the barista team, you'll help direct daily workflow, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth operations.When the supervisor is unavailable, you'll step into a leadership role and take on key management responsibilities. You'll keep customer service at the forefront while actively looking for ways to improve processes, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.If you're ready to lead by example and make an impact, we'd love to hear from you!QualificationsAt least 18 years old6+ months of leadership experience in a high-volume coffee shop or similar food service environmentWillingness to be cross-trained in food preparation techniquesAbility to learn and master new recipesStrong leadership, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, and weekend shiftsDrive-thru experience is a plusWe're open weekdays and weekends, with shifts starting as early as 4:30 a.m. and ending as late as 9:30 p.m. Open weekend availability is highly preferred and helps us maintain excellent service and operational efficiency.What Sets Us ApartPerky Beans Coffee & PB Café began as a coffee truck on the streets of San Diego in 2013.
