Ensure follow up and maintain working relationships with previous and prospective customers. Track customers using store-specific management systems. Stay informed about new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses. What You'll Bring Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required. Luxury brand experience is ideal. Can navigate new technology with ease. Eager to set and achieve targeted goals. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The annual earning potential for this role is $70k to $200K which includes commission on individual payable gross, bonuses on individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
