CHD's Crisis Stabilization Unit is seeking a full-time and part-time RN's and LPN's to support our outstanding team. You'll be at the forefront of providing critical care to adults and teens during their most vulnerable moments, in a facility that offers crisis intervention, outpatient behavioral health, and brief stabilization services—all under one roof.Bring your sense of humor, self-motivation, and passion for team-oriented care to CHD. If you're ready to join the team and make an impact in a supportive, client-centered environment, we want to hear from you!Essential duties for these roles may include:Collaborating with nurses, physicians, advance practice nurses, psychologists, social workers, or other professionalsCollaborating with guardians, relatives, and significant others of people served when clinically indicatedDocumenting assessments and treatments in the electronic health recordMonitoring vital signsAssessment of signs of substance withdrawal and completion of standardized assessment tools such as the Clinical Opioid Withdrawal Scale (COWS, CIWA, CIWAb)Fills physician ordersAdministers medicationsEngages in a medication reconciliation processCoordinates medical careContributes to comprehensive assessmentsBrief crisis counselingIndividualized crisis prevention planningProviding psychoeducationAssisting with discharge planning and care coordinationPay rates:RN pay rate: $45.00/hr.LPN pay rate: $36.50/hr.Schedules:Part-time days, part-time and full-time evenings available!
