Registered Nurse Float Pool NC PRN

Job Summary Float pool nurses work on a PRN basis within the Research Medical Center, moving from assignment to assignment across multiple units and providing high‑level critical thinking and clinical support while maintaining calm under pressure. Responsibilities Move from assignment to assignment to support various units within the hospital. Apply critical thinking skills and vast clinical knowledge to deliver patient care. Maintain calm and effective decision making under pressure. Communicate and collaborate effectively with all hospital staff. Assist in fast‑moving, dynamic environments and adapt to changing patient needs. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license and RN Diploma. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
