Responsible for hanging and setting up tools in preparation for production run, as well as starting up production jobs and troubleshootingSet-up and start production jobs as well as adjust and troubleshoot these jobs when issues arise during a production run according to work instructionsPerform mold tooling inventory controlPress tear down, follow mold pull procedureGeneral shop maintenance, cleaning and organizationUpdate ERP system for down-time codes or setup of toolsEnsure press is running properly; communicate any problems to supervisorEducation and ExperienceHigh School Diploma, GED or 12 years formal education preferred, but not requiredMust have good basic math skillsAbility to read, write and communicate effectively in EnglishBilingual English/Spanish is a plusMinimum of 5 years of injection molding experience is preferredGood Mechanical experienceAbility to lift 60+ pounds, climb up and down stairs, and stand for up to 8 hoursAbility to operate a forkliftYou should be proficient in:Injection Molding Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
