Come join us.710 Labs is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist who is passionate about technology and excited to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker with a positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for the organization's IT systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance and security, as well as supporting the company's many departments in Level 1 to Level 2 support requests.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain our Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and JumpCloud environmentsManage, troubleshoot, and monitor all installed systems and infrastructureProactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availabilityProvide level 1 to level 2 support to company staffImplement and manage new IT systems and services as directed by the Sr. IT Manager or VP, ITDevelop and implement IT processes and proceduresCollaborate with IT team and users in other departments to meet organizational needs and objectivesStay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologiesDevelop and maintain documentation of IT systems and networksQualifications:AS/BS degree in computer science or 2+ years of experience in IT systems administration or IT support roleExperience onboarding and offboarding users to various systemsKnowledgeable of IT network security and have experience working with various operating systems and platformsExperience administering SaaS applications like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and JumpCloudKnowledge of identity and access managementPossess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and strong written and verbal communication skillsCompTIA, Unifi, Fortinet, Cisco (networking), Google, Microsoft Certifications are a plusKnowledge and hands-on experience with supporting Ubiquiti (Unifi) and SonicWall network and security infrastructure are a plusAbility to work on call evenings and weekends on a rotating scheduleOccasional travel as neededBenefits:Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, Life/AD&D, 401K with company match, paid time off, and holidays.Please note that the regulations and laws of The State of Michigan require persons working onsite at a cannabis facility to be at least 21 years of age.
