Part-Time Receptionist - Ira Toyota of Danvers

Overview Ira Toyota of Danvers is part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a qualified Receptionist to our team. Schedule: This position is a Part-Time role, with varying hours Responsibilities: Answer all incoming department telephone calls according to company policies and good telephone etiquette. Direct telephone calls to the appropriate parties, as necessary. Take written messages for occupied personnel and notify them as soon as possible regarding pending messages. Assist Customers in scheduling appointments for repairs. Organize paperwork for incoming appointments. Perform cashiering duties for payment of repairs. Handle and account for the cash in and out in the assigned cash drawer. Provide support with e‑mailing, typing, mail, filing, etc. Qualifications: Previous automotive / dealership experience is a plus. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Professional appearance and work ethic. Saturday availability. Superior customer service skills. High school diploma or the equivalent. Compensation: The pay for this position is $15.30 - $19.00/hr. based on experience.
