What You'll Do

Follow up with leads and referrals to connect with prospective customers.

Build relationships with new and existing clients through consistent communication and follow-up.

Network and pursue new clients through a conscientious but persistent approach.

Learn about each customer's unique needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and policy benefits.

Respond promptly to customer questions and inquiries by phone and email.

Assist customers with policy updates, changes, renewals, and other service needs when needed.

Address customer concerns and work to resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.

Use a needs-based approach to help customers make informed insurance decisions.

Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency processes.
