Schedule: 36 Hours per week 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) (Night) (2 weekends per month required) (Float required to IMCU & Med Surg as patient volume required)

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a ICU RN

• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in ICU

• Qualified applicants MUST have BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certification; EPIC experience/proficiency; Vent experience; comfort taking peds patients; NC license or Multistate required at submittal

• Preferred Skills is Preferred

• Valid ICU RN license

• Be willing to obtain State licensure

Responsibilities: As a healthcare professional in a Clinical facility, you’ll deliver high-quality ICU care while adapting quickly to patient needs, including required float support.

• Provide ICU (ICU RN) patient care with an emphasis on critical monitoring and stability for ventilated patients (ICU ratios 1:2, varying when floating).

• Support cross-unit coverage by floating to IMCU and Med Surg as patient volume requires, including comfortable care for occasional peds patients.

• Utilize EPIC documentation proficiency and apply clinical workflows aligned with ICU standards and emergency preparedness (BLS/ACLS/NIHSS/PALS as required).
