Utility Billing Specialist

Supporting billing operations for utility vegetation management services, the full-time Utility Billing Specialist will generate accurate invoices, coordinate with field crews and utility clients, and ensure compliance with contract terms in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Generate invoices based on utility contracts and completed vegetation management services Review field data for billing accuracy and ensure compliance with utility contract requirements Coordinate with operations managers and field crews to verify completed work and resolve discrepancies Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred 2+ years of billing, invoicing, or accounting experience in a service or contract-based environment Strong understanding of contract billing and various pricing structures Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to analyze large datasets and reconcile discrepancies efficiently
