The ideal candidate has a passion for leadership, sees obstacles as learning opportunities, and is ready to build a rewarding career.Company perks include personal and career development, comprehensive leadership training, beautiful retreats, the Massage Heights Family Fund, employee discounts, a digital work environment, and competitive salary and bonus opportunities.Able to work varied hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, etc. is required.Responsibilities include directly supervising and being accountable for all aspects of retreat operations, recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and retaining top talent, effectively creating and managing team member schedules, setting individual team member and overall retreat goals, leading by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal as well as team goals, dedicating time to work the floor to provide in-the-moment coaching, creating an environment that is passionate about providing supreme guest service, focusing on building guest loyalty, enhancing the value of the Massage Heights brand name, planning, preparing, and executing events to promote Massage Heights, conducting necessary marketing activities to drive leads, and developing partnerships with local businesses.Qualifications include minimum 2 years membership-based service or retail management experience, experience managing hourly wage employees, a self-starter mentality with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, working knowledge of labor and employment laws, experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution, capacity to develop positive relationships with employees to manage coaching/mentoring with discipline, demonstrate a working knowledge of computers and standard software, basic business math skills, and financial and P&L experience.Company overview: Massage Heights is a national franchise U.S. and Canadian chain of massage and skincare retreats that are locally owned and operated by small business owners.
