Job Description

As the Associate - Real Estate Investments & AI Strategy, you will report into the Head of Investments and play a hybrid role supporting live deals while driving AI innovation across the platform.

• Lead the adoption and integration of AI tools across the Investments function, establishing best practices for the firm
• Identify high-impact use cases for AI in underwriting, asset management, and reporting workflows
• Support the underwriting of new development and acquisition opportunities through financial modeling and analysis
• Enhance existing Excel-based models and processes through automation and intelligent tooling
• Partner with Investments, Development, and Asset Management teams to improve data-driven decision making
• Assist in the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and materials for senior leadership and Investment Committee
• Act as the internal subject matter expert on emerging AI capabilities, continuously evaluating new technologies and applications

The Successful Applicant

• 2-4 years of experience in real estate investment banking, private equity, or development (Analyst or Associate level)
• Strong financial modeling skills (DCF, IRR, cash flow modeling) with advanced Excel proficiency
• A genuine interest in artificial intelligence and automation, with exposure to tools such as Claude/ChatGPT/CoPilot etc., Python, data visualization platforms, or workflow automation software
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to build a differentiated, future-proof skill set within a real estate investments platform
• Ability to translate technical or AI-driven concepts into practical business applications
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable taking ownership in a lean, fast-paced environment
