Longbridge Financial is seeking an Operations Mortgage Trainer to design, deliver, and continually improve training for the Operations team. This remote role reports to the Director of Training and travels on-site as needed. You’ll develop onboarding, loan processing, and compliance training based on adult learning principles to raise proficiency and performance. Responsibilities include creating engaging trainings, partnering with SMEs, maintaining content, and evaluating effectiveness with LMS #J-18808-Ljbffr Longbridge Financial, LLC
