The Sales Director, Executive Benefits, will lead sales growth and strategic relationship development across Executive Benefits channels for Gen Digital’s Employee Benefits division, Norton LifeLock Benefit Solutions. This high-impact role will drive new revenue opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships, expand market presence, and help organizations protect their employees through industry-leading identity, cybersecurity, and financial wellness benefits. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Executive Benefits markets to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through consultative sales engagement and strategic prospecting.
• Manage and expand relationships with key partners, including PEOs, benefit consultants, and brokers.
• Conduct partner business reviews and create growth plans aligned with performance goals and market potential.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure partner success and operational efficiency.
• Deliver high-impact sales presentations, webinars, and industry event participation to promote Norton LifeLock Benefit Solutions.
• Analyze market trends and industry developments to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Provide leadership and insight to internal stakeholders regarding partner performance, sales trends, and revenue forecasts.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the employee benefits industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a B2B environment. Strategic and consultative sales expertise with experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of identity protection, cybersecurity, and financial wellness solutions preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
