About the Role:

Julian Eian Juel Moving and Cleaning is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Director to lead our growth efforts nationally. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for moving and cleaning services

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client accounts

Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients

Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance and forecasting

Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align sales initiatives

Represent the company at networking events and industry functions in the Boston area

Requirements:

3+ years of sales leadership or sales director experience, preferably in moving, cleaning, or service industries

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals

Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills

Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
