Loyalty Nissan in Chester, Virginia, is looking for an experienced, hands‑on Used Car Manager to lead and grow our pre‑owned business. This is an opportunity for a driven automotive professional who takes ownership, brings energy to the showroom, and knows how to turn a plan into results.

• $120,000–$180,000 in annual total earning potential , including base salary and performance incentives. Actual earnings depend on department results.

What You’ll Do

• Drive used vehicle sales volume, profitability, and inventory turn.
• Appraise trades and acquire quality inventory through trade‑ins, auctions, service customers, and direct purchases.
• Manage pricing, inventory mix, and aging based on market conditions.
• Partner with service to move vehicles through reconditioning quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure inventory is ready for sale with quality photos, accurate descriptions, and competitive pricing.
• Desk deals, work directly with customers, and help the sales team close business.
• Coach and hold the team accountable for follow‑up, appointments, product knowledge, and customer experience.
• Work closely with Finance to deliver a smooth purchase experience and maximize opportunities.
• Track department performance and take action to improve results.

What You Bring

• Proven success in automotive used car management.
• Strong appraisal, purchasing, desking, and negotiation skills.
• A clear understanding of inventory aging, market pricing, and department profitability.
• Experience with vAuto or similar inventory management tools and dealership CRM systems.
• A hands‑on leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop salespeople.
• Urgency, accountability, and consistent follow‑through.
• A commitment to ethical business practices and customer satisfaction.
• A valid driver’s license and availability to work dealership hours, including Saturdays.
