Entry-Level Production Associate I (QA) – 3rd Shift

Location: East Providence, RI
Pay: $17.00/hour + $1.50/hour shift differential
Shift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

Are you looking for an entry-level opportunity where you can learn new skills and grow your experience? We are currently seeking a Production Associate to join our team on 3rd shift !

This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Previous experience in assembly, inspection, manufacturing, or quality is helpful, but we are flexible with experience and willing to consider candidates who are eager to learn.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Inspect small components to ensure they meet quality standards
• Assemble and work with small, detailed products
• Package and label finished products
• Count and record products accurately
• Use scales to verify piece counts
• Document inspection results and report any issues
• Identify and tag products that may not meet quality standards
• Generate labels using a computer system
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Work as part of a team in a manufacturing environment

What We're Looking For:

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply!
• Experience in assembly, inspection, quality, or manufacturing is a plus
• Comfortable working with small and detailed components
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Ability to follow instructions and documentation
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Reliable attendance and dependability are very important
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands and arms while handling small components
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Good close-up and color vision
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Additional Information:

• Temp-to-Perm opportunity
• All PPE is provided, including safety glasses, gloves, hair nets, and lab coats
• Employees must wear close-toe shoes
• Two paid 15-minute breaks
• 30-minute unpaid lunch break
• Background screening required
