Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules for dietitians and healthcare staff across multiple facilities and states while ensuring facilities are appropriately staffed and supported.

The Scheduling Coordinator works closely with leadership, recruitment, supervisors, employees, and clients to manage day-to-day scheduling operations in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain schedules for Registered Dietitians, NDTRs, and CDMs across multiple facilities

• Coordinate onboarding and training schedules for new employees

• Manage PTO requests, survey coverage, and staffing adjustments

• Arrange coverage for open shifts and client-requested scheduling changes

• Communicate with employees, leadership, and healthcare facilities regarding scheduling needs

• Identify staffing shortages and communicate hiring needs with the recruitment team

• Maintain accurate scheduling and staffing records

• Provide professional and timely customer service support to clients and employees

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

• Scheduling, staffing, healthcare administration, or customer service experience preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems preferred

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
