Client Service Specialist

Client Service Specialist DNV is seeking a Client Service Specialist who will support clients in achieving their certification goals. This role would be serving our Business Assurance team and will be responsible for oversight of all aspects of the project after contract signature, including scheduling and audit delivery, certificate issuance and invoicing. As the primary point of contact, the Client Service Specialist will ensure all client requests are responded to quickly and concisely. The Client Service Specialist will ensure audits are scheduled within the appropriate timeframes and certificates are issued on-time. The Client Service Specialist will work in accordance with DNV overall goals and policies and will actively promote, support and facilitate the fulfilment of DNV's Purpose, Vision, and Values, and shall foster a culture of cooperation across North America and with other DNV units. This role will be based out of our DNV Houston, TX office.
