We are seeking a creative and communication-focused Marketing & Client Engagement Specialist to support digital outreach, client relationships, and engagement activities centered around destinations, experiences, and client services. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys connecting with people, creating engaging content, building relationships, and helping clients explore options based on their interests and needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and share digital content designed to inform and engage prospective and existing clients
• Highlight destinations, accommodations, experiences, and service options through digital marketing and outreach
• Support social media marketing and online engagement activities
• Research destinations, experiences, seasonal opportunities, and other topics relevant to client interests
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Respond professionally to inquiries generated through social media, referrals, and other outreach activities
• Communicate with clients to better understand their interests, preferences, and service needs
• Research and provide relevant information and options based on individual client interests
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain ongoing communication
• Assist with promoting destinations, experiences, services, and special opportunities
• Support referral and relationship-based marketing activities
• Maintain consistent and professional communication across digital platforms
• Track engagement and outreach activity to identify topics and opportunities generating client interest
• Maintain organized records of client communication and outreach activities

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable using social media and online communication platforms
• Interest in researching destinations, experiences, and client options
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable learning new digital tools, systems, and platforms
• Reliable follow-through and attention to detail
• Previous experience in marketing, social media, communications, customer service, sales, hospitality, or client relations is helpful but not required
