Communicate promotional information clearly when appropriate. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities. Address routine customer concerns and elevate issues when necessary. Support customer engagement and business development activities. Collaborate with team members to meet service goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or similar roles is a plus but not required.
