Call Center Representatives Wanted

Job Opportunity: Call Center Representative Location: 17320 Katy Freeway, Ste 125, Houston, TX 77094 Full-Time Position Positions on site Tuesday-Saturday 8am-6pm central time. This is not a remote position. We have entry level positions and a local commute. No collection experience is necessary! UFLP will provide continued development after training to ensure your success. We want you to join our team! What You'll Be Doing: Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries or concerns. Managing customer accounts, including processing payments and resolving billing issues. Finding solutions for customer problems and escalating complex issues when necessary. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Offering excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude. What We're Looking For: Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. A problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to stay calm and focused during busy situations. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus but not required! Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn. Background and drug test are required.
