Call Center Mortgage Sales Representative – Leads & Training Provided Location: Houston, TX (Westchase) Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person Company: Lock It Lending (Powered by Swift Home Loans) About the Role Lock It Lending is building a high-volume mortgage call center in Houston and is hiring inside sales professionals who thrive in a phone-driven, performance-based environment. This is a front-end sales role. Your primary responsibility is to speak with current homeowners and potential homebuyers, structure loan options, and get client commitment. Once a loan is signed and submitted, our in-house processors take over and help move the file to closing, allowing you to stay focused on selling and finding the next opportunity. This role is open to: Licensed Loan Officers who want leads, structure, and support Experienced sales professionals who want a clear path into mortgage lending (licensing supported for top performers) What You’ll Do Make high-volume outbound calls to provided lead sources Speak with current homeowners and potential homebuyers to identify refinance and purchase opportunities Structure loan scenarios and clearly present options Ask for the commitment and get applications signed Submit loans into underwriting and hand off to in-house processing Continue prospecting while files are in process Optionally self-source additional business to increase volume and income This Role Is Front-End Focused You sell and structure the loan Processors help handle the loan after submission Your success is measured by conversations, commitments, and volume Who This Role Is For Licensed candidates: Active NMLS license preferred (but not required to apply) Comfortable in a call center or inside sales environment Strong phone presence and objection handling Unlicensed sales candidates: 1+ year of phone sales or call center experience preferred Comfortable with scripts, KPIs, and talk time Coachable, competitive, and reliable Interested in earning a mortgage license and advancing into an LO role Growth Path Strong performers without a license will receive mortgage education support, guidance through NMLS licensing, and a clear path into a Licensed Call Center Loan Officer role (typical timeline: 60–90 days, performance-based) What We Offer Leads provided (credit-style, public data, and evolving sources) In-house processors to support loans after submission Structured training and hands-on support Clear expectations and performance metrics In-person Houston office (Westchase) Important Clarity This is not a self-gen-only role This is not a warm inbound / realtor-only role This is a call center sales floor focused on activity, structure, and results #J-18808-Ljbffr Lock It Lending
