Registered Nurse - Acute Care
This is a 13-week contract position.
Day shift: 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an acute care hospital setting. This position requires dedication to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage various patient diagnoses are essential for success in this role.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient health and document accurately in electronic health records (Epic).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in call rotations as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred; first-timers not accepted.
- Active RN license (compact license required).
- Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIHSS.
- Ability to respond to on-call requirements with a 30-minute response time.
