Overview Join our dynamic team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality behavioral services to individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder. Responsibilities Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Conduct functional behavior assessments and behavioral psychological evaluations to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors. Collect, analyze, and interpret data meticulously to monitor client progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions in various settings, including home-based environments, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, conduct intake assessments, and support diagnostic evaluations. Educate families, caregivers, and educational staff on behavior management strategies and ABA techniques to promote consistency across environments. Maintain accurate medical documentation, update medical records, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to patient assessment and treatment. Qualifications Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health interventions, and functional assessments. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance for patient confidentiality. Hands‑on experience conducting behavioral therapy in home-based settings or clinical environments supporting neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong skills in data collection methods, behavioral psychological assessments, and diagnostic evaluation procedures. Prior involvement in patient intake processes and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. Knowledge of special education practices and supporting autism spectrum disorder support strategies is highly desirable.
