Location: Charlotte, NC About the role We're looking for a Data Management Analyst to join the Chief Data Office (CDO) on the Enterprise Data Simplification and Management team. In this role, you'll help shape a Customer ADS (Analytical Data Store) strategy by analyzing the current data ecosystem and building a strong, data-driven business case for 2027 funding. This is a highly visible role requiring strong analytical thinking, data governance expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a complex enterprise environment. What you'll do Analyze the current customer data landscape, including sourcing, movement, and usage across the enterprise Develop insights that inform a future-state Customer ADS strategy Build and deliver a compelling, data-backed business case to support strategic funding decisions Identify and solve complex, large-scale data challenges with long-term, enterprise-wide impact Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on data solutions and governance Partner with cross-functional teams to design, align, and implement data management solutions Influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to drive measurable outcomes Contribute to the development and evolution of enterprise data governance strategies Minimum qualifications Experience in data management, data governance, or enterprise data strategy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex data challenges Experience working across large, matrixed organizations Ability to communicate insights and influence stakeholders, including senior leadership Preferred qualifications Experience developing business cases or funding proposals Knowledge of data architecture concepts (e.g., data sourcing, data flows, ADS design) Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear business recommendations Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills Key characteristics Strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail Data-driven decision-maker Effective communicator and influencer Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
