Digital Marketing Manager

Polycase is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own our digital B2B ecommerce marketing strategy and to lead the team that executes it. This position reports directly to the President. We are a family-owned manufacturer of electronic enclosures based in Avon, Ohio. This is a full-time, on-site position. Standard hours are Monday through Friday. This position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. Our website is our primary storefront. Customers find us, research products, and place orders online, which makes digital marketing a direct driver of company revenue rather than a support function. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for setting that strategy, measuring it, and improving it year over year. This is a working leadership role. You will manage, develop, and set priorities for a marketing team of three while remaining personally involved in the work itself: building and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads, analyzing performance in Google Analytics, and directing improvements to our Magento site. Required Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience including demonstrated ownership of digital marketing strategy Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics 4 Working knowledge of SEO tools, search engine platforms, ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and website administration Experience building, deploying, and analyzing email marketing campaigns Knowledge of design fundamentals, including graphics, layout, visual hierarchy, photography, and color theory Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask, manage multiple ongoing projects, prioritize appropriately, and delegate project work Ability to troubleshoot issues with sales processes as they relate to the website Strong analytical and organizational skills Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a small team Preferred Magento or Adobe Commerce experience, particularly in a B2B environment Experience with Klaviyo, SEMrush, Hotjar, or Google Search Console Prior supervisory or people leadership experience Experience in a manufacturing or technical product environment Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), paid time off, life insurance, holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Polycase
