A-Tech is on the lookout for experienced professionals who can troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration systems with precision and professionalism. From ice machines to walk‑in coolers, freezers, ovens, fryers, griddles, and HVAC units, if you’ve got the skills, we’ve got the opportunity. What You’ll Be Doing Perform expert diagnostics and repairs on commercial refrigeration and ice machines Troubleshoot and repair commercial cooking equipment such as fryers, ovens, steamers, and ranges Respond to emergency service calls and conduct routine preventative maintenance Deliver outstanding service with courtesy and professionalism Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales staff Rotate through after‑hours and weekend on‑call shifts Spot new business opportunities while servicing existing accounts Maintain your service vehicle and manage parts orders Complete all required paperwork and attend ongoing training Take on additional responsibilities as assigned What You’ll Need Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems EPA Universal Certification Experience servicing commercial cooking equipment Eager to learn and grow through hands‑on, onsite training opportunities Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and organized work ethic Completion of a successful background check and drug screen Driving record must align with safety standards Must be 18 years of age Must participate in the Town Shares program, which shares long‑term financial success of our company What You’ll Get Competitive hourly pay plus overtime Company vehicle and cell phone Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation, holidays, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Ongoing technical training and development Veterans encouraged to apply!
