Trauma Sales Representative - Charleston, Huntington, Parkersburg, WV

Stryker seeks a Trauma Sales Representative for a three-county territory in West Virginia. The role combines territory management, on-call clinical support during trauma procedures, and relationship building with surgical teams. This is a field-based, 100% commission position requiring availability nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plan to achieve revenue and market share objectives for trauma products
• Provide responsive clinical and technical support during trauma and orthopedic procedures including urgent cases
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, emergency personnel, and healthcare decision-makers
• Manage inventory, instrument sets, and consignment assets to ensure product availability
• Conduct product demonstrations and educational programs to support customer adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years sales, clinical healthcare, or combined experience
• Ability to work on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable commuting across Charleston, Huntington, and Parkersburg, WV
• B2B sales, customer-facing, or related professional experience preferred
• Operating room, medical device sales, or clinical support background preferred
• Experience managing surgical inventory or consignment assets preferred
