Calix is seeking a Director, Compensation to lead the global compensation function, shaping strategy, governance, and programs. You will partner with executive leadership, the Compensation Committee, Finance, Legal, Payroll, HRIS, and Talent Acquisition to align pay with business goals and shareholder interests. This remote role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada. You will drive job architecture, market pricing, equity and incentive design, and ensure compliance across regions #J-18808-Ljbffr Calix
