Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg/Tele Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1 Year Recent Experience Required License: State License Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Experience in Med Surg/Tele - Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias - Use of Rapid Response/Code teams - Peripheral Line care and management - Oxygen administration and non-invasive airway management - Isolation precautions and personal protective equipment Description: This position offers a fast-track offer opportunity for candidates who can start as soon as possible, have no requested time off, and meet all clinical requirements. Candidates who require time off or have a delayed start date will be submitted for standard review and approval. The assignment consists of team nursing, where a care team of an RN, LPN, and PCA can manage up to 8 patients. Floating may be required based on facility needs. Shifts are scheduled as 5x8 hours with no blocked scheduling. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend and holiday. The call-off policy allows for up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment. Recent experience in the required specialty is mandatory, and the applicant must have active certifications and a valid state license. All time-off requests must be included in the initial submission; any requests submitted after the offer will not be approved. Return travelers are eligible to apply as long as they are in good standing. Training on the electronic medical record system will be provided.
