Accounting/Bookkeeping Associate
Location: Danbury, CT — Full-time, on-site
Pay: $65,000–$80,000/year
Schedule: 8:00am to 4:00pm

A growing luxury packaging company in Danbury is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Accounting/Bookkeeping Associate to support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who is comfortable working independently, managing deadlines, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting support
Maintain accurate records, reconciliations, and financial documentation
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger tasks
Prepare reports and support month-end processes as needed
Use QuickBooks and Excel to track, organize, and analyze financial data
Support additional administrative and accounting projects as assigned

Requirements
5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Accounting degree or similar relevant education
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
QuickBooks experience required
Monday.com experience preferred, but not required
Must be able to work full-time, on-site in Danbury, CT

Compensation
Full-time: approximately $65,000–$80,000 annually, flexible based on experience
