Key Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and assessments of patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment within the outpatient setting.

• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.
• Conduct regular reassessments to redefine therapeutic goals and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate and train patients, their families, and caregivers in utilizing assistive devices and understanding physical therapy procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
