Licensure/Certifications: Missouri state OT license required
Experience: Prior experience in long-term care preferred

Pay Rate: $56.95/hour

What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and reports
- Supervise OT assistants and aides as guided by governing standards
- Design and fabricate splints based on physician prescriptions
- Develop and administer treatment programs to enhance residents' functional abilities
- Use therapeutic exercises and activities to improve or maintain strength, motion, and fine-motor skills
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outcomes
What You Need
- Valid Missouri Occupational Therapist license
- Proven experience working in long-term care or a similar setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to supervise and collaborate with staff and residents
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care
About the Assignment This assignment involves working in a long-term care facility dedicated to improving resident quality of life. The OT will design individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, and utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote residents' independence and well-being.
