Integrated Master Scheduler

Integrated Master SchedulerWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Integrated Master Scheduler to support our Program and Regional Leadership and project teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, and ensuring efficient communication among team members and stakeholders.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain project schedules using project management softwareCoordinate project activities and resources across multiple departmentsMonitor project timelines and milestones, flagging potential delays or conflictsAssist in creating and maintaining project documentationOrganize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutesTrack project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completionCommunicate project status updates to team members and stakeholdersOrganize and schedule project-related meetings, including creating agendas and taking minutesMaintain project documentation and ensure it's up-to-date and accessible to team members within Service Now and other software toolsSupport the development of project integrated master schedules, reports and presentationsIdentify and escalate potential scheduling conflicts or delaysQualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience7+ years of work related experienceTS/SCI with Poly requiredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelProficiency in Service Now Project and Portfolio Management and Microsoft ProjectWhat You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
