About Language Link Therapy Language Link Therapy is a therapist-owned pediatric practice dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential through collaborative, family-centered care. We specialize in providing occupational therapy, speech therapy, and related services to children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing challenges, fine motor delays, and other developmental needs. Position Summary Language Link Therapy is seeking a motivated and compassionate OTR to join our growing Orlando team. This position offers the opportunity to work with children in a collaborative setting with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is passionate about pediatric therapy, enjoys working collaboratively with families and professionals, and values evidence-based practice. ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide occupational therapy services to children ages 2–10 with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges. Administer standardized assessments and interpret results. Develop measurable treatment goals and recommendations. Provide caregiver education and home programming to promote carryover. Collaborate with speech therapists, behavior analysts, teachers, physicians, and other professionals. Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary care planning. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Documentation Responsibilities Complete evaluations, progress reports, re-evaluations, and daily treatment notes in a timely manner. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with company policies and payer requirements. Ensure all documentation supports medical necessity and treatment outcomes. Professional Responsibilities Maintain active Florida licensure and required certifications. Adhere to ethical standards established by the Florida Board of Occupational Therapy and professional organizations. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Represent Language Link Therapy professionally with families and community partners. QualificationsRequired Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy. Active Florida Occupational Therapist License. Experience working with pediatric populations. Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
