Success is shared: the results of the team are the results of the company.Employment Type: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Pacific Time On-site, Los Angeles officeHighlights: Commission-based earnings: quarterly commission on total revenue Training: Comprehensive product training lasting one and a half weeks.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound B2B leads: general contractors, subcontractors, architects, interior designers, glass companies, and business ownersContact new leads promptly by phone, email, SMS, and CRM channelsQualify each request: project type, location, measurements, timeline, budget, installation and delivery needs, and decision-making processIdentify the key decision-maker and communicate at the appropriate level, up to CEO, president, and business ownerAdvise clients on suitable glass solutions and prepare quotes, proposals, and full technical documentationUse the showroom as the primary closing tool: invite clients for visits, or run Zoom presentations with physical samples or a live showroom walkthroughBuild long-term relationships that generate repeat business, referrals, and ongoing project flowMaintain the full pipeline in HubSpot: deal stages, notes, tasks, reminders, follow-ups, and communication historyCoordinate with Project Managers, Estimators, Engineers, Warehouse, and Installation teams
