The successful candidate will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, including overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and audit management. This role demands a professional with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience and a solid understanding of financial aspects such as the Bill of Materials, manufacturing, cost, and physical inventory. The VP Finance/Controller will be expected to manage all financial operations, from accounts payable to treasury, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of all financial transactions. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing financial policies, establishing a financial planning process, and collaborating with other department leaders to drive financial strategies.
