Director, CDP Product Leadership (Remote) (Minneapolis)

Target is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to unite data sources, drive real-time personalization, and own the product vision and roadmap across the enterprise.

You will build and mentor a high-impact product team, set OKRs, work with engineering, data science, and marketing partners, and translate business goals into scalable cloud-native solutions. Remote or Hybrid arrangement available.
