Brown Motors is seeking a full-time Sales & Service Appointment Coordinator (BDC Representative) to be the voice of our dealership. This role is the engine behind both our showroom and our service drive - answering inbound sales and service calls, following up with internet leads and past customers, and setting the appointments that keep our business moving.

This is a true BDC role covering both sales and service. On the sales side, you will respond to internet leads, follow up with unsold showroom visitors, and set appointments for our sales team. On the service side, you will schedule service appointments, handle inbound service inquiries, and make outbound calls for service reminders, recalls, and missed appointments.

Pay is an hourly base of $15-$17 plus bonus opportunities for appointments set and shown - the better you perform, the more you earn. The schedule is Monday-Friday with some Saturdays.

• Answer inbound sales and service calls promptly and professionally as the first point of contact for Brown Motors.
• Respond quickly to internet leads by phone, text, and email, and set appointments for the sales team.
• Make outbound follow-up calls, including unsold showroom visitors, missed appointments, service reminders, and recall notices.
• Schedule service appointments in line with service department guidelines, capacity, and availability.
• Execute warm transfers to the appropriate department without dropping the call or creating friction.
• Accurately log customer information, appointments, and call outcomes in dealership systems (CRM).
• Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on no-shows to keep the sales and service schedules full.
• Meet daily and weekly goals for calls handled and appointments set and shown.
• Maintain focus and composure during high call volume while preserving a calm, professional tone.

• Proven experience handling high-volume phone work (inbound and outbound) in a professional setting. Automotive BDC, call-center, or appointment-setting experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and confidently guiding a conversation toward setting an appointment.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills for phone, text, and email follow-up.
• Goal-oriented mindset, motivated by appointment targets and bonus opportunities.
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail when scheduling appointments and documenting customer information.
• Comfortable using multi-line phone systems, computers, and CRM software, or able to learn quickly.
• Reliable and punctual, with availability Monday-Friday plus some Saturdays.
• Ability to stay calm, solution-oriented, and customer-focused during busy or high-pressure periods.
