As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinating financial responsibilities, and ensuring that our patients have a positive experience when they visit our facility.Responsibilities:Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming mannerVerify patient information, including insurance coverage and personal informationCollect co-pays and other fees from patients at the time of serviceEnsure the referrals are in the patient's chart before the patient comes inMaintain patient records and ensure that they are accurate and up to dateCount cash box and complete cash reconciliation forms.
