Bertera Subaru is looking for a friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Service Support Specialist to join our busy Service Department.

As a Service Support Specialist, you will play a key role in keeping our Service Department running smoothly. Our Service Advisors and Service Manager will rely on you as a trusted source of support throughout the day. From assisting customers, providing transportation to helping with vehicle movement, and other day-to-day needs, no two days will look exactly the same.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
• Shuttle customers to and from the dealership as needed
• Move, park, and retrieve customer and dealership vehicles safely
• Support Service Advisors with day-to-day department needs
• Complete various operational and logistical tasks necessary to support the Service Department and keep daily operations running efficiently
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming service drive and customer area
• Support the Service Manager with various tasks and projects
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management
• Serve as a dependable, hands-on support person for the Service Department
• Jump in wherever needed to help the team and keep the day running smoothly

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• At least 21 years old
• Able to meet our insurability requirements

Physical & Environmental Requirements

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle objects, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear. The employee may occasionally be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift or exert force up to 40 pounds.
