Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience
- 1 year of travel experience
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- NRP certification
- Newborn population experience
- Level III NICU experience
- Epic experience
- Current skills checklist relevant to the specialty

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide holistic care to patients and families throughout the life cycle, including neonates and infants.
- Execute nursing standards of practice including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Develop, revise, and coordinate patient care plans among multidisciplinary teams.
- Delegate activities to other care providers as appropriate.
- Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices.
- Implement personal leadership qualities to improve practice standards and the environment of care.

Compliance / Notes
- Must provide a temporary MN RN License upon submittal.
- All requests for time off must be included at the time of submission.
