Field Application Engineer

We are looking for someone who provides technical support to customers and configures services. Role & Responsibilities Provide technical support and expertise to customers during the pre-sales and post-sales phases. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions tailored to their needs. Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and training sessions for customers, ensuring effective product implementation and usage. Troubleshoot technical issues, address customer inquiries, and provide timely resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. Act as a liaison between customers and internal engineering teams, communicating customer feedback, requirements, and improvement suggestions. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date technical guidance to customers. Qualifications Bilingual in English / Mandarin is a plus. BS. or Undergraduate degree in Mechanical / Thermal Engineering, or related field. Strong understanding of thermal solutions, including cooling systems, heat sinks, and related technologies. Proficiency in conducting product evaluations, testing, and analysis to provide technical recommendations and optimize product performance. Knowledge of electronic components, circuit design, and electrical systems to effectively integrate thermal solutions into customer applications. Familiarity with CAD software and thermal simulation tools to assist in product design and optimization. Understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to thermal management in various sectors. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to travel and work in data center environments. Location Based in Dallas, TX, with frequent travel to customer sites across the U.S. for onsite support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
