Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Valid K-12 IS License required
- Experience working with high school-aged students preferred
- Strong grasp of IEP development, progress monitoring, and accommodations
- Ability to foster an inclusive classroom environment tailored to diverse learning needs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and adapt lesson plans in alignment with students’ IEP goals
- Provide instruction and support to students with varying abilities, ensuring individualized attention
- Collaborate with regular education teachers, related service providers, and families to design and deliver effective programming
- Track and communicate student progress, maintaining thorough and compliant records
- Advocate for students’ needs and promote their social-emotional growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions
